Brian reference

History: 
Hacked his first electrical device at age 4. (It was the cash register that controls the prices of EVERY pizza shop of a certain brand.) Age 5 his parents took him to an amusement park. A mad scientist thought it would be a "good idea" to experiment with turning someone's nervous system into metal. He went to the amusement park, kidnapped a random child (who just so happened to be Brian) , and turned his nervous system to metal. Brian is now sort of robot... kinda. The mad scientist let Brian go when he was done. Brian then had to fend for himself. By age 10 he started hacking into systems for the thrill of being able to outsmart adults. While looking through the databases of the New Zealand version of the FBI he started noticing a pattern in the data. He explored this pattern and became fascinated. He wondered if other countries might hold secrets of their own that can only be seen with vast amounts of data. At age 14 he was picked up by a group of scientists who were fascianted by him. Once they had sucessfully made him relive what happened when he was younger finished experimenting on him, they found he would be useful and programmed to gather data and experiment upon other beings . 

Blue: Obtaining info/scanning for something.
Green: Fixing something.
Red: Attacking/Destroying something.


Chip:

Species: Robotic Spider.

Capable of doing just about anything you can plausibly program a robot to do. Chip has a wireless connection to Brian. What Chip sees, Brian sees. Chip has a happy chipper personality of his own. Chip actually is all the emotions Brian was programmed with.  The parts of his body that are red change color much like Brian's circuits do. Red is anger/attack. Blue is normal/playful. Green is sadness/fixing.

Weaknesses:
-If cut then the blood in his system will mix with the electrical wiring that is his nervous system. This won't kill him, but it makes moving and coordinating difficult. He'll twitch randomly or spazz when this happens. It would take alot of blood to make him actually shock to death. (i.e: stabbing him in the side and making a slice longer than a foot would probably eventually kill him.)
-Water: If you just drop him in water, he's fine.... as long as he doesn't open his eyes or mouth. So he can't see underwater either.
-If it's raining and he doesn't have an umbrella.. he just won't go outside. Though usually he has an umbrella. If you steal his umbrella he will dash under the nearest tree .... and pretty much be stuck there until the storm passes.. though it's plausible that he could duck from awning to awning.. though it'd take him awhile.
- In the way of fist fighting.. he can punch you in the face... or knee you in the stomache.. but really that's about it..
- Requires daily recharge.


Other:
There is a symbol on his hand that flashes when he needs to get back to his charging station. It is about as visible as the other wires under his skin until it starts flashing. Blue = 30 minutes. Orange = 5 minutes Red= 60 seconds
When he connects to something circuitry patterns snake up his hand and to his eyes.
