His deep brown eyes stared into mine, making sure his point was made. I ripped my arm from his grasp and turned my back to him in a huff. The white marks his fingers made fade to a light purple. He backs away and rights the table I was just sitting on.
"I really am sorry for what I said. I truly thought you'd take it as a joke," he apologizes before dusting off the small table and sitting on it now.  I bite the inside of my cheek and force my hands to clasp behind me. This is a universal sign of being confident in ones position, or so I've read. Hopefully body language will translate to actual emotions and make me happy and confident. "You forgive me, right Sabrina?" My head jerks up and I glance over at him with a slight smile.
"Yeah yeah sure," I say with attempted joviality. I turn the other way to face the window once more. My hand slides my sunglasses down over my eyes before returning to the previous clasped position. The fact that we are inside does nothing to deter my wearing them. His eyebrows furrow and he is not fooled. He rubs the palms of his hands across his jeans in thought, still staring at my back. I feel them burning through my skin and straight for my heart.
"You're hurt," he says bluntly. My nose twitches and I snort. He pushes himself up and walks around and next to me. On his way over he makes sure to kick that knife to the other side of the room.
"More than you know," I say slightly shakily. "It's not just the game. I h-have something I need to tell you." He waits patiently for me to continue. His own hands are clasped behind him aswell. I can't tell if he's mocking my positioning to make me laugh or he just so happened to rest like that.
"I am listening," he responds. His voice is calm and collected. I push my sunglasses back up onto my head.
"I... I'm really glad you're here," I say smiling. My arms out stretch to him signaling that I'm ok with him hugging me. We hug and he wraps his arms around me.
"Me to," he whispers.
I have decided all of these stories are going to flow into eachother. They are all the same people unless the eye color changes. Change in eye color denotes different person aswell as OBVIOUS changes in character like the transition between the first and second story.

They also act as stand alone stories aswell, something like the Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Tom Sawyer. Each chapter in that book could be a story by itself and also serves to weave it's own story.
